What You Need To Know
We founded TriStar Greeting Cards with one goal in mind: creating simple yet elegant cards for our customers with an extra personal touch!

At TriStar, we create a variety of cards to cater to a multitude of occasions! We also do different types of animation styles to keep our cards fresh and versatile!

Below you can see some of the cards we've made and the different styles we use.
*The names on the cards have been changed for privacy purposes.
We currently sell customized digital and physical Birthday, Graduation, and Holiday cards!

Our physical cards are only sold in select locations in the city of Richardson, Texas. These cards are sold for $3.50 a piece.

Our digital greeting cards can be sent to you anywhere. These cards are sold for $1.50 a piece.

HOW DO I ORDER A DIGITAL CARD?
1. Visit our site and check out our gallery.
2. Fill out our Google form at https://forms.gle/cwuSaYLkHyyG6PAP9 to place your order.
3. We will begin creating your card.
4. We finish creating your card and email you a watermarked PDF version of it.
5. If you are satisfied with your card, then you can pay us through the Venmo App.
6. We will give you the final PDF version of your card without the watermark.
7. Based on your business experience, you can leave us a review on our Google page.
HOW DO I ORDER A PHYSICAL CARD?
1. Visit our site and check out our gallery.
2. Fill out our Google form at https://forms.gle/cwuSaYLkHyyG6PAP9 to place your order.
3. For a physical card order, you must confirm that you can pick up your card from one of our listed locations in the Richardson area.
3. We will begin creating your card.
4. We finish creating your card and contact you to let you know when and where you can pick it up.
5. You will meet one of our team members at an agreed location to see the final card.
6. If you are satisfied with the card and want to take it, then you can pay us the $4.00. If not, then you do not have to make the purchase.
7. Based on your business experience, you can leave us a review on our Google page.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY CARD?
We create the cards on a 1-by-1 basis in a queue fashion. So, we can't start your order until we finish the previous order(s). On average, it takes about 1-2 days to properly create a card, but it may take longer if we are backed up on orders or if other circumstances prevent us from completing your order. You will only pay us when your card is finished, and you are satisfied with it.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY CARD?
If you don't like the initial card we send you, then you can request us to remake your card with specific improvements or changes. If you are still not satisfied with your card after we remake it, then you do not have to pay us.
